Myrtle Beach occupies a special corner in our hearts, serving as the picturesque backdrop to our high school love story. Nestled in Mt Airy, NC, our quaint abode draws inspiration from the timeless charm of Mayberry, the iconic town featured in the beloved Andy Griffith TV show. With two beautiful children in tow, we decided to weave our family’s history even deeper into the fabric of Myrtle Beach by acquiring this splendid condo—intending to craft enduring memories for generations to come!

Approximately 24 hours prior to check in, you will receive your check in information for your stay. The unit and balconies are yours for the duration of your stay. In addition, you will have access to all resort amenities that are provided.
Inside the condo you will find a parking pass which must be hung from the rear view mirror of your vehicle at all times while parked on the property to prove you are a guest.
You will also find a WHITE ACCESS CARD which must be used for the parking garage entrance, swimming pool areas, and main tower entrances. A lost or damaged access card will result in a $75 fee to replace.
Secured Parking garage available for both motorcycles, golf carts, cars, trucks and SUV’s. The entrance to the garage has a clearance of 6’4 , oversized vehicle parking spots are right outside. Unfortunately, trailers are not allowed to be parked onsite. We cannot guarantee parking, especially on holidays and during busy season. If all the lots are full, you will have to find alternative parking. There is a paid parking lot located next to the building as another option.
Wristbands will be supplied and waiting for you in the condo with the access card and parking pass. These wristbands must be worn in all the pool areas at all time to prove you are guests. If not, security will ask you to leave the area.
In loving memory of Jamie’s father, Randy Vaughan, we share the poignant tale of “My Dad’s Dream.” Randy was a devoted enthusiast of Myrtle Beach, making it a ritual to visit 2-3 times each year, cultivating a dream of someday owning a place in this coastal paradise upon his retirement. Tragically, Randy passed away on 02/22/23, succumbing to a stroke before witnessing his cherished dream materialize. In his honor, this condo, Suite 1201 at Maisons-Sur-Mer, stands as a testament to his aspirations and enduring legacy. Every corner of this abode is infused with the spirit of his unwavering passion for Myrtle Beach. We consider ourselves blessed to welcome you to our little beach house— a living tribute to the dream that lives on in our hearts and the memory of a remarkable man.
